They don't bite in there. I have tried everything. Back in the day at the mouth of the slew in kenmore we used to get a few kings jiggin a buzz bomb. But they close that up now too.

So one guy in the department has the power to change the limit. But when we want to get a rule change on a fisheries we must move the mountain and told no can do. I am thinking the hatchery Kokanee in lake Samamy comes to mind.

Forget letting it die... I have been harrased by these wardens more than once on the water. I can remember being at Neah bay on kings when the tide and current were perfect and searched around trying to find them. Spending hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours to get an opportunity to catch someth...

This is pure bs by this "warden" I sent a link to this thread to the director Phil Andersen and I hope he reads it. That way he will get a ear full on what we people who buy licenses and tackle to fish think about his fish cops on the water who pull this crapola off on us.

Waverly is a great place. that 10 foot boat can work. you can make an ancher out of cement with an a milk carton. Mark the rope every 10 feet so you can tell how deep the water is. Move around and try a few spots till you find fish and start catching them...north of magnuson is good too

Worms, Catch a chub if you can and use it for bait. Perch meat will work too.
