This 110 acre lake is located about a mile east of Highway 101 on the north side of Munsel Lake Road about two and a half miles north of Florence. Munsel is heavily stocked with trout each spring and some seem to carry over well. There is also a fair largemouth bass population, especially around the shallow arm on the north side of the lake. Other warmwater species present include yellow perch along with a few bluegills and brown bullheads. A pretty easy lake to fish, but the clear water can make fishing difficult. The south side of the lake offers decent fishing for small to medium-sized bass during late spring and summer. P Heley
