King County’s Mirror Lake is located near Federal Way about two miles west of Steel Lake. It covers 19.2 surface acres, reaches depths of about 27 feet and lies at 320 feet of elevation. The lake reference book “Lakes of Washington” show a contour map and a public access area but I think that public access may now be in question. I fished it quite successfully years ago for largemouth bass from a canoe. The lake is also shown on the map atlas “Washington Atlas & Gazetteer. Bob Johansen
